Grief
Group

Canteen’s 18+ Grief Group provides a safe and supportive space for rangatahi who have lost a parent, sibling, or someone close to cancer. Led by our clinical team, this online programme runs over multiple weeks, offering a space to connect with others who understand, share experiences, and learn healthy ways to navigate grief. Sessions focus on coping strategies, managing emotions, and finding ways to adjust while feeling supported by a community that gets it.

Tupu
Programme

Our Tupu Programme supports rangatahi (18+) who have recently completed treatment, providing a safe and supportive space to connect with others who understand. Led by our clinical team, the programme helps rangatahi develop coping strategies for common post-treatment worries and challenges and build confidence in adjusting to life beyond cancer.
